Our professional and caring support workers can assist with a wide range of personal, household, and outdoor tasks to ensure that our clients are enjoying a safe and comfortable living environment.

At Care Sphere we offer the following management plans, allowing you to choose the best for your current situation and ongoing requirements:
Self Management allows you to pay significantly less for case management, and to almost double your care service hours. You have complete control over the services you choose, who provides them, and when they are provided.
Part Management involves your telling us exactly what you require and when, and we will take care of the rest!
Full Management means that we provide a dedicated case manager to organise and support you every step of the way, meaning that you can sit back and relax while our wonderful support workers do their stuff!
Home Care Packages
Eligibility for a package
The Federal Government subsides the Home Care Packages Program, where organisations provide services for eligible older people to allow them to stay in their own homes longer.
To apply and determine eligibility for a package, a person must register with My Aged Care (see ‘Useful Links’ and undergo an assessment. This will determine eligibility and the level of package required.
The Packages Are:
- Level 1 – people with basic support needs
- Level 2 – people with low level care needs
- Level 3 – people with intermediate care needs
- Level 4 – people with high care needs.

In Home Care covers a wide range of services, including post-surgery support and respite and overnight in home care. Some of the most utilised services are:
Care For Your Mind, Body & Space
Personal Service
Assistance with showering, bathing and personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, medication reminders.
Domestic Service
Assistance with cleaning, meals and meal preparation, laundry, shopping, bill paying.
Medical Assistance
Access to a range of clinicians and allied health professionals.
Transport Assistance
Transport to medical appointments, shopping, social and community events.
Gardening and General Maintenance

Disability Services & Supports
Disability Services & Supports
At Care Sphere we have a flexible, person-centred, and empathetic approach to providing in home services and supports for clients with disability. We focus on enabling ability, participation and independence as much as possible, depending on the individual client’s specific needs and requirements.
The services we provide include:
- Respite for family members
- Shopping and meal preparation
- Assistance with bathing, showering and toileting needs.
- General household management, laundry and cleaning
- Transport to and from appointments and activities
- Mental health support and companionship.
We will work with you on create a care plan and weekly roster that ensures your loved one is receiving their higher, complex care needs at home. We will also work within your budget and take into consideration how much time and resources the family are willing to contribute to the program
